Design & Development
Sketch, tech pack or reference photo to a production-ready style. CAD patterns drafted and graded XS–3XL, nested for maximum fabric yield.
A manufacturer, not a trading company. Fabric to carton on our own floor in Tong'an, Xiamen — with SGS reports, TÜV Rheinland assessment and a five-stop QC chain behind every order. Since 1999.
Most "factories" online are trading offices. Here is ours — filmed on the line, not staged.
Computer-assisted patterning & multi-ply precision cutting.
Digital direct and sublimation print — unlimited colours, all-over, never fades.
Flat, 3D puff, appliqué and border embroidery in-house.
Puff print, offset heat print, silicone labels.
Stitching, print position, colour & sizing checked on every garment.
Steam, metal detect, fold, bag, tag and carton mark.
Sketch, tech pack or reference photo to a production-ready style. CAD patterns drafted and graded XS–3XL, nested for maximum fabric yield.
Multi-ply cutting holds panel tolerance across the whole lay; the laser seals edges as it cuts — no fraying on raw-edge designs.
Flatlock and overlock on piece-flow lines instead of bundles — bottlenecks caught the same day, roving in-line QC.
Steam, metal detect, inspect, fold, bag, tag and carton mark — every garment, before it ships.

Tong'an District, Xiamen — 3,000 m² under one roof.

Piece-flow lines instead of bundles, so a bottleneck shows the same day.

Core nylon-spandex and brushed poly bases held in stock for repeat orders.
Not a render, not a stock photograph of somebody else’s factory. If any of these raises a question, ask it — we will film that corner and send it to you.

A machine list on its own tells a buyer nothing. Here is what each process on our floor actually does to your garment — and when you would specify it.
| Process | What it does | Specify it when |
|---|---|---|
| Automatic cutting | Multi-ply cutting from a nested CAD marker, so every panel in the lay holds the same tolerance | Always — it is how bulk is cut |
| Laser cutting | Cuts and seals the edge in one pass; no fraying, no overlock needed | Raw-edge hems, mesh panels, bonded looks |
| Flatlock | Seams that sit flat against the skin with no ridge | Leggings, bras, anything worn next-to-skin |
| Overlock | Fast, elastic seam for internal joins and enclosed edges | Linings, pockets, internal construction |
| Bartack | Reinforces the points that fail first | Pocket mouths, drawcord exits, fly ends |
| Sublimation print | Dye enters the fibre — unlimited colours, all-over placement, nothing to crack | All-over graphics on polyester bases |
| Digital direct print | Photographic detail on cut panels, no screen or plate cost | Short runs, many colourways, fine artwork |
| Screen & puff print | Dense, opaque colour with a raised hand | Bold logo blocks, chest prints |
| Silicone & heat transfer | Thin, stretchable branding that moves with the fabric | Size and care labelling, tagless necks |
| Embroidery | Flat, 3D puff, appliqué and border stitching | Premium logo work, cap and jacket branding |
| Hanger conveyor | Moves garments piece-by-piece instead of in bundles, so a bottleneck shows the same day | Always — it is how the lines are built |
| Steam finishing | Relaxes the garment to its true measurement before it is measured and packed | Always — before end-line inspection |
| Metal detection | Scans every garment for broken needle fragments | Always, and mandatory for most retail programs |
Being straight about this is the point. Any supplier can say "full in-house" — here is the actual line between what our own people do and what arrives at our door.
Pattern making and grading, CAD marker nesting, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, in-line and end-line QC, steaming, metal detection, folding, bagging, tagging and carton packing. Your order is not passed to a subcontracted workshop after you sign off the sample.
Fabric, elastic, zips, drawcords, woven labels, hang-tags and packaging are bought in against the spec on your tech pack. You approve the lab dip and the trim card before the bulk lot is committed — nothing is substituted quietly.
Core nylon-spandex and brushed poly bases sit in the material warehouse, which is why a repeat order in a running fabric moves faster than a first development. Ask us which of your fabrics we already hold.
CMT is accepted. Ship us your own fabric and trims and we cut, make and trim to your spec — useful if you have a mill relationship you want to keep or a fabric you have already certified.
You are about to send money to a factory on the other side of the world. Verify us first — we would rather you did.
01In personCome to Tong'an District, Xiamen and we will show you the exact line your order would run on. Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is the arrival point; tell us your dates and we arrange pick-up.
Cannot fly out? We walk the floor on a live call, camera on, in your time zone — cutting room, sewing lines, QC table, warehouse. You choose what we point the camera at.
03Third partyWe host third-party factory audits and inspections. Test reports on our fabrics come from SGS · TÜV Rheinland · CMA / CNAS, and orders placed through Alibaba Trade Assurance hold your payment until you accept the goods.

Testing is not one gate at the end. It runs at three levels — fabric roll, finished garment, whole facility — and there are five separate stops between the roll and the export carton.
Composition & GSM verified against the approved fabric card. Elongation, recovery and bursting strength. Colour fastness to washing, rubbing, perspiration and light. Shrinkage after wash.
Azo dye and formaldehyde screening on dyed lots. pH and odour testing on skin-contact fabric. Metal detection on 100% of garments. REACH, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX® style protocols on request.
TÜV Rheinland on-site supplier assessment. SGS assessment of process and quality systems. Alibaba on-site + video verification. Buyer and third-party audits welcome.

Pre-shipThe standing test list for a bulk order. Your market's extras — CPSIA, Proposition 65, REACH, OEKO-TEX® — go into the protocol before sampling, not after your customs broker asks for them.
| Test | What it proves | Stage | Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fabric weight (GSM) | The fabric matches the approved card — not a lighter substitute | Incoming | ±5% of spec |
| Stretch & recovery | Leggings hold shape after repeated wear | Incoming | ≥90% recovery |
| Opacity / squat test | No see-through on the seat when stretched | Incoming + sample | Pass, visual panel |

| Colour fastness — rubbing | No dye transfer onto other garments | Lab (SGS) | Grade 4+ |
| Shrinkage after wash | Sizing stays true after the first wash | Lab (SGS) | Within ±3% |
| Seam strength & bursting | Flatlock and overlock seams hold under load | Lab + in-line | No seam failure |
| Measurement spec | Every size falls inside your graded tolerance | End-line | ±1 cm |
| Print & embroidery | Placement and hand-feel match the approved sample | End-line | Golden sample |
| Metal detection | No broken needle or metal fragment leaves the factory | Pre-packing | 100% scanned |
| Final random audit | The whole shipment is statistically sound | Pre-shipment | AQL 2.5 / 4.0 |
Two longer explainers sit in Insights: what AQL 2.5 actually means for your order, and activewear compliance market by market. What sourcing buyers verify before they place a first order.
When you email us, the person who answers can walk down one flight of stairs and look at your fabric.
Design through export packing, all inside our own building in Xiamen. In-house design and pattern room, automatic cutting, a hanger conveyor sewing floor, embroidery and sublimation on site. Nothing is farmed out — which is why we can promise a lead time and hold it.
Large factories will not talk to a brand ordering ten pieces. We will — most of our best customers started exactly there and came back the next season for three hundred. MOQ from 10 pieces, development from a photo, quotation in 24 hours.
Twenty-seven years is long enough to have lived through several versions of this industry.
A small sewing workshop in Tong'an making knitted sportswear for domestic wholesalers. A handful of machines, one pattern maker, and the habit — still with us — of checking every garment by hand.
FoundedThe first overseas buyers arrive; the factory reorients around export standards — graded size charts, third-party lab testing, export documentation. Yoga wear becomes the main business.
ExportSpecialist steps brought in-house one by one: automatic cutting, computerised embroidery, sublimation and digital printing, laser cutting, and a hanger conveyor linking the sewing lines.
VerticalAssessed on site by TÜV Rheinland and SGS, verified by Alibaba.com in person and on video. Trade Assurance enabled so a first order can sit under escrow.
VerifiedA 3,000 m² floor, a block library past 700+ styles, buyers from studios and gyms to established labels across five continents. Sampling in 5-7 working days, bulk in 25-35.
TodayWe exhibit at international sourcing fairs and host buyer visits at the factory. Travelling to China? Tell us your dates — we arrange the visit, the airport pick-up and a full walk of the floor.

We would rather earn a repeat program than win a one-off tender.
Quotation within 24 hours, sample in 5-7 days, and a real person on WhatsApp during your working hours — not a form that disappears.
Video of the actual floor, third-party test reports on file, and a photo inspection report before your goods ship. You never buy blind.
MOQ from 10 pieces and Trade Assurance escrow on the first order. Test the style, then scale when the sell-through proves it.
An in-house design and pattern team means we can develop from a photo, fix a fit problem, or hit a retail price by re-engineering the construction.
Cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing and packing all in one building. Fewer handoffs means fewer delays and one party accountable.
Since 1999, in the same category, in the same city. Mill relationships that old are why our fabric pricing holds when the market moves.
