Private label is more than a printed logo. All of this runs in our own workshop, not subcontracted.

APattern & fit

Your tech pack executed exactly, or ODM from a reference photo. Rise, inseam, waistband and seams to your block. Grading XS–3XL — US, EU, UK or AU spec.

BColour & print

Pantone matching with lab-dip approval before bulk. Sublimation & digital print — unlimited colours, all-over. Screen, puff, silicone, reflective and heat-transfer marks.

CBranding & packing

Woven, care and size labels to your artwork. Flat, 3D puff and appliqué embroidery in-house. Hang-tags, poly-bags, barcode and carton marking.

06 — Size & grading

Seven sizes,
four markets.

Every style is graded XS - 3XL. Tell us which market you sell into and the run is graded to that system — you do not re-label a Chinese size chart.

Those are the label conversions, not the garment. The actual body and garment measurements come from your own tech pack, or from our block if you are developing with us — and the full measurement sheet ships with your fit sample so you can check it against a tape before bulk starts.

01Your block, or ours

Send a graded size chart and we cut to it exactly. No chart yet? We grade from our own block and hand you the finished measurement sheet to keep.

02Fit sample first

A fit sample in your base size before bulk, revised until you sign it off. Sample lead is 5-7 working days, and the cost comes back to you against the bulk order.

03Graded tolerance

Every size is measured at end-line against your tolerance — ±1 cm on the spec sheet — so an L is an L across the whole shipment, not just in the sample.

Before you send a spec

Fabric, fit, sizing and decoration — answered without a sales call.

Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Squat-proof opacity is a fabric-and-construction question, not a claim: we build them in 230-290 gsm nylon/spandex or double-brushed poly with a gusset and flatlock or bonded seams, and we test opacity on the stretched fabric before cutting. Ask for the opacity test on your chosen fabric and we will send it.
What size range do you produce?
XS to 3XL as standard, graded to US, EU, UK or AU specification. Custom grading and extended plus sizing are available; send your size chart and we grade to it.
Which fabrics do you work with?
Nylon/spandex, double-brushed polyester, recycled rPET, peach-skin brushed, ribbed knit, seamless circular knit, power mesh, quick-dry interlock and nylon jacquard, from roughly 90 gsm mesh to 320 gsm heavyweight. We can also buy a fabric you nominate.
Can you make seamless activewear?
Yes. We run a seamless circular-knit program covering ribbed textures, ombré gradients and jacquard patterning, for sets, bras and leggings.
What decoration techniques can you apply?
Sublimation and digital direct-to-fabric print, screen print, computerised embroidery, heat-transfer film, laser cutting and bonded seams — all in house, which is why a multi-technique garment does not add weeks to the lead time.
